I am pregnant with my 2nd baby heres the situation.. First pregnancy i had a yeast infection then got a positive test for chlamydia. Boyfriend was tested negative We both did treatment anyways. second pregnancy ..yeast infection then pos for chlamydia once again and boyfriend was negative again. Whats going on here? We both did treatment again .. I have reg pap smears when Im not pregnant and everything is fine. Its only when im preg that and have a yeast infection that i test pos for chlamydia.

Anon - These experiences must have caused a lot of stress for you and your husband. Unfortunately, pregnant women are more likely to have a false positive result than are non-pregnant women.
