Fear of Pain

I've been married to a loving and very patient husband. i always keep myself away from being intercourse with my husband because I'm scared of sex.Whenever we proceed for intercourse ,i feel fear of pain and resist him doing intercourse. I had my cervical cancer screening a year back and it was not painful.But something in my mind which says that it will be painful whenever we try.Please help me so that i can remove this tension and keep my husband happy. I don't want to be scared of sex.Am i suffering from anxiety?
