Dear Anon,

Thank you for reaching out to EmpowHER.

I can't say for certain what your back pain might be. It's only on the 24th day then it's gone? Burning pain when you urinate or in your vaginal area can be a sign of infection. It might be a good idea to see your doctor so he or she can evaluate these symptoms you are having.
