Female organs

I'm having a lot of problems. I am a 25 year old female and for the past month have been having extremely sore nipples, been constipated, nauseous when I eat, lower abdominal pain/discomfort, and increased urination. I only have a period every other month and I'm slightly over a week lat for my period. I don't suspect pregnancy because I do have PCOS that affects one ovary. I was wondering if I should be concerned about these things or could it just be an extreme case of PMS?

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
The symptoms you are having are similar to symptoms caused by Endometriosis. I highly suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible and be tested for Endometriosis.
This condition gives PMS-like symptoms, irregular menstrual cycles, but it also effects the bowels, causing constipation and digestion issues.
I suggest you read more information about Endometriosis at the link below before talking to your doctor.
