Guide

Hello and thank you for sharing your question.
The best natural solutions for fevers are the following:
-place cold pack in forehead and back of neck
-drink yarrow tea (will induce sweats that will bring the fever closer to an end)
-drink hot ginger tea
-wet-soak treatment: warm your feet in hot water. Then soak a thin pair of cotton socks in cold water, wring them out, and slip them on just before going to bed. Put a pair of dry wool socks over the wet ones.
-STAY HYDRATED!

These are the best remedies you can easily do at home and will dramatically reduce your fever.
