Q:

Since finishing school 3 years ago i have gained about 10 kilograms (about 22 pounds). I know by biggest problem is over eating but when I am not bust at work or in class at Uni I always feel hungry, How can I make myself feel less hungry?

I always feel extra hungry after I go to the gym (which unfortunately is not very often), I know it is because i have burnt calories and my body wants them back but I need to eat less to stop gaining weight and to lose weight!!!

 MeganD565,

This is not as difficult as you think. You need to start packing snacks with you: an apple, almonds, baby carrots, pretzels. Take a couple of snacks in your bag with you so that when you do get out of class you aren't starving and want to eat everything. Being hungry after your work out is absolutely normal. You can and should have white proteins right after a work-out, even better-- take a protein shake. Feel free to add fruits to sweeten it or make it more palatable.

This is not impossible, it just takes some work on your end. 70% of your weight loss lies in what you eat.
