First day of period normal then nothing but spotting. Pregnant?

On my last period I had unprotected sex, a few hours after my period stopped, but it returned again 3 days later and it was normal. However the month after my period has come 4 days early and only occurred the first day (normal colour, etc), the following day it stopped and I just spotted. I wasn't really worried until recently I have started feeling really lightheaded, but I have had no other symptoms. Could I be pregnant?

Hi Anon,

Have you tested for pregnancy? Sometimes pooled blood may be released at any point during the month. If you get your period again in the next 3 days then it's probably just your period, if there's no signof it I would test for pregnancy just to be on the safe side. However, it sounds as though this isn't the first time your period does this since you mentioned that last month it "left" and came back for three days after you had sex. Give it a few days to see if it comes back.
