frequent extreme chest pressure awakening from sleep and throughout the day

I have had all standard heart tests, ct angiogram, echo stress, cath, ekgs, holter monitor and I have been getting tremendous chest presssure, tightness discomfort that wakes me from sleep and comes and goes throughout the day for the last month. It is not relieved by nitro or anything. any thoughts?

Your chest pressure is non-cardiac, since all diagnostic cardiac test had negative results.

You could be experiencing gastroesophageal reflux or esophageal spasms. You need to have a gastrointestinal workup to confirm a diagnosis and get the proper treatment.
