Great question! Mayo Clinic states that lifestyle and diet changes can have the greatest impact on HDL cholesterol and luckily, there are many easy changes you can make in order to raise your HDL.

Don't Smoke

Lose Weight

Exercise

Choose healthier fats

Drink alcohol in moderation
