I've been experiencing low deep gurgling in my stomach today. I had unprotected sex a week and a half ago but believe I ovulated a week ago. I haven't had any dead on symptoms besides light-headed, headaches and nausea. My expected period is this week. If gurgling is an early sign how can you tell the different from being hungry or having to go to the bathroom and it being a pregnancy sign? (I've done both and it's still going!)
