has anyone ever tried T-gone or quietis?

Emily - Are you dealing with tinnitus - the perception of abnormal ear or head noises? If so, how are you currently being treated? Why are you looking at these products as solutions? I'm not able to find any reputable information supporting the use of T-gone or Quietis. I did find several websites where the products were met with skepticism.
