havn anxiety will it ever go away just on its own or will i hav to be on medication for the rest of my life

I've had anxiety for too many years to count now. I have rarely heard of it going away but there are ways you can control it without medication. In fact, I've been on a lot of types of medication and none of them helped me at all. I went to a therapist and learned differnt things to do to help me through them. My anxiety attacks only happen once in a great moon compared to twice a day. You should check it out. Good luck. (:

Thank you for your question. There are other non-medicated ways to control your anxiety. Even though you may have it for the rest of your life, lifestyle changes and relaxation techniques can help control it.

I'm not 100% sure if it will work also from you. My auntie is taking a supplement called "Stress Protect". According to my auntie, it's the no. 1 rated supplement to help support one's emotional well-being and help to reduce the feelings of stress, depression and anxiety. Might you research for this supplement for you to be able to know more about what I'm saying to you right now. It works on my auntie! And Hopefully also in you.
