My husband and I enjoy sex very much. But the problem is, he reaches is climax very quickly. I never get satisfied. We have tried a number of different things to slow the process down but it isn't working. Please help!!!!

Dear Anon,

I agree with miscortes. This is very common and many men relieve themselves prior to doing the deed in order to last longer. Another thing that may work is a start-stop method which takes a lot of practice and time. The first time your husband tries this method he probably won't be successful at stopping his climax but don't give up. Basically, he needs to learn how to control his body-- as soon as he feels the urge to climax he pulls out, gives it a minute until the feeling dissipates, then go again. It's a method that trains the body how to last longer and definitely teaches self control. If Miscortes' method helps, then there is no need for this unless he does not want to masturbate every time he has sex. And hey sometimes all we want is a quickie, anyway :-)

Good Luck

Thank you for your question. This is a common occurrence with many men. It is great to have many great guy friends that I can ask questions to over my life and this is certainly one that has come across at one time or another. The second climax appears to last longer for men. Try to have him masturbate before you are intimate with him.

In my, sometimes very strange conversations with my male friends, they talk about meeting a new person in their life and before they are intimate for the first time (which is very exciting to them), they will excuse themselves to use the bathroom. At this time, they will relieve themselves. After this is complete, they know they will have enough stamina to impress their new woman.

Try this and see how that transpires! It may be helpful. Keep us posted!
