Hi Anon,

The rash that is causing itching on your head, neck, and back can be a few things: folliculitis, psoriasis, Acne keloidalis nuchae, etc. Unfortunately, since we can neither see you nor diagnose you you will have to see your dermatologist for this. Rashes are usually non-emergent but the discomfort of the rash should prompt you to schedule an appointment as soon as you can.
