Heart rate peaked at 169BpM at peak of asthma attack

Used my pro air and having arrhythmia problems hr goes from 70's to 98 with in seconds drops to 60 jumps to 80 BPM is this normal after an asthma attack?? Sitting at rest now

Hello and thank you for sharing you question.

The heart rate will acceleration and decelerate before during and after an asthma attack.  This is "normal."  The sudden drop in heart rate is most likely in response to taking the pro air.  

The only possible danger would be if you have an underlying heart problem besides the asthma.  But if your heart is healthy then the acceleration and deceleration of the heart rate if purely induced by the asthma and the pro air.
