Heavy period for 2 days and then nothing?? Advice please?

My last NORMAL period was 12/2/12, my cycles range from 31-33 days. I had sex with bf throughout the month of December all protected (we use condoms every time). Early on the morning of the 23rd (like 1am) we had sex. Before he put the condom on he entered me several times. He put the condom on afterwards and we resumed. For about the past 2-3 days I have had to use the bathroom more, am sleeping more and my breasts are sore/achy and I am bloated.

All of this stopped when my period came on 1/4/13 and its been of a HEAVY flow for the past 2 days. Now today on day 3 I have all but stopped bleeding. The tampon is only half bloody instead of soaked as the previous 2 days. Also, my breasts have started becoming sore again. I do know about Implantation Bleeding as I had it with my son but it was light and only for 1/2 of a day. Should I take a pregnancy test or no? Wait it out? Advice please?

Hi Angelwings23,

Thank you for your question. If you have sex, there is always a possibility of pregnancy. You can take a pregnancy test although at this point, you really haven't missed a period even though your period was abnormal this last time. Taking a pregnancy test will rest assure your fears about pregnancy. I hope this helps and good luck.
