My Age 45 years old.
I have Three children.
Health problems,
Heavy Periods for monthly three time, what reason and how to control heavy Periods problem.

You will need to talk to a doctor about this.

At 45, you are likely in peri menopause - the period before menopause that can start in the late 30s through to the 50s.
