Hi, Anon.

Thank you for your post.

The highest chance of pregnancy is during the second and third weeks of the menstrual cycle. While a normal cycle is considered anywhere between 21 and 35 days, the average is about 28 days. Ovulation occurs mid-month, this averages to day 14 every month give or take several days before and after. There is 20% chance of pregnancy every month. It's not as high as most people think.

In general, to increase the likelihood of conception, having daily intercourse in the days leading to ovulation and on the day you ovulate is important. A good approach is to have sex one to two days before ovulation and again on the day you ovulate. In this way, there is more likely to be a good supply of sperm waiting in the fallopian tube when an egg is released.

I would advise seeing your doctor and discuss what your options might be for getting pregnant.

Keep us updated.
