If the bleeding increases to a flow, then you know this is your period.
If the spotting is pink or brown in color, never increases to a flow and last only two to three days, it is implantation bleeding. Take a home pregnancy test. Test in the morning and use the urine when you wake up and first use the bathroom.
Then, call your gynecologist.
