Hello .... me and my girlfriend had oral sex and i had rubbed my penis on her vagiana, jst for a couple of second also there was some fluid out of my penis it was not sperm but watery substance will this lead to pregnancy ??

The vagina is inside of the body. If you did not penetrate and ejaculate, and she was not ovulating, there was no risk of pregnancy.

The watery substance might have been pre ejaculate fluid, which itself does not contain sperm.
