Hello,I noticed a smal lflat mole on my toe that appeared a day or two after I went tanning.

That newly developed mole warrants careful monitoring.
If that mole or any other moles on your body display any of the following signs, have it checked immediately by a dermatologist.
Asymmetry: One half of the mole does not match the other half
Border: The border or edges of the mole are ragged, blurred, or irregular
Color: The mole has different colors or it has shades of tan, brown, black, blue, white, or red
Diameter: The diameter of the mole is larger than the eraser of a pencil
Evolving: The mole appears different from others and/or changing in size, color, shape

Individuals who make just four visits to a tanning booth each year can increase their risk for melanoma by 11% and their risk for the two most common forms of skin cancer, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, by 15%.
