Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  I am sure it's not easy, but there is treatments and way to cope with depression.  It's important to let a relative or friend know how you feel.  Second, make an appointment with your primary care physician and explain how you are feeling and how it's affecting your daily life.  There is no need to be ashamed of letting your doctor know, you feel depressed. With the proper treatment such as antidepressant and counseling.  Depression, can be treated. Keep us posted.

Best,

Daisy
