Im scared im only 18 and i dont no if i got my girlfriend pregnant so right after we had sex i went in to the bathroom looking for a tisue to clean my sperm of my penis but there was none left and the closest thing to me was my girlfriend underwear so i wipe the tinys bit on the inside of them so i want to no if i got her pregnant

Time may have been on your side. If the semen had dried by the time your girlfriend put her underwear back on, then any sperm was dead and there was no risk for her to become pregnant.
Sperm can live outside the body for about 20 minutes. Once semen has dried, all sperm has died.
Did you tell her what you had done? If so, there was a chance she put those to be washed and took a clear pair.
A second important factor was where she was in her menstrual cycle. If she was nowhere near ovulating, there was no released egg to fertilize. Thus no way to become pregnant.
