So I had my regular period last week and I finished last Sunday. Now, one week later, it’s sunday and I woke up with a brown/red blood stain on my underwear????

It seems we have helped you many times as of late. You should avail yourself of the information we have on the site and learn about these things so you won't be in such a panic about normal bodily functions.
This discharge is normal and may happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown. This can also occur at the start or around time your period would normally come.
