HELP... Could I be pregnant?

Im 29 years old and I really dont know what is going on with me, my last 2 periods only lasted 3 days which is unusual for me they usually last about 5 -6 days , my last preiod was on the 25th of febuary and lasted 3 days , the past 2 weeks I have had stomach cramps similar to period pains on and off ,some dizziness and slight nausea , Ive been irratible , weepy, very gassy burping alot, getting tired easily after a walk or housework, feeling bloated ,sensitive nipples, and my gums bleed when I brush my teeth now, I have done a preganacy test a few days ago but it came back negative , do you think im testing too early??? what is going on?

A 3 day period is perfectly normal and if you were pregnant since last month, your pregnancy test would be positive by now. As far as this month, it is too early to tell and honestly symptoms of pregnancy like the ones you are having would not be occurring so early on-- since conception would have only occurred a few days ago. If you are really not feeling up to par, give your doctor a visit for a complete physical exam to see if there is anything else that could be causing the exhaustion, dizziness, etc.
