I had sex the day before my ovulation so i was fertile which is on the 14th day and now its been exactly 7 days and im worried cus he ejaculated inside me twice that day. I took the postinor 2 pills after 45 hours but within 72 hours but i couldnt take the secind dose exavtly after 12 hours so i took it after about 17 hours ,, im worried i might be pregnant :( im getting lowef abdominal cramps on the left side and its pretty bad and i feel tited but at times maybe its cus i think too much :| can yu please tell me if i may be pregnant ??

Hi Anna,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. If you took the emergency contraceptive, you should be fine. They generally work when used as prescribed. I know you were a few hours late taking the second one but you should be fine. If can expect delays in your periods for the next two months after taking the emergency pill which is very common. We hear it all too often on here.
Relax and you should be fine, if you are concerned - take a pregnancy test and that should help ease your mind.
