Hello,
So 5 days after taking plan b I had what they say is called a breakthrough bleed. It's was pretty heavy like a period but only lasted for 3 days. Im confused if that could of been my period but my period wasn't due for another 2 weeks. Now it's 2 weeks later and I'm 2 days late with my period. My question is could that have been my period or if that was in fact a breakthrough bleed does that mean my actual period will be a little late?
Hopefully someone could help me out!!!

The breakthrough bleeding was proof the pill worked and you did not become pregnant.
Changes in the menstrual cycle are a side effect. Your next period could be delayed as a result.
