after i had my baby i developed a Hemorrhoid i was just wondering how to remove it wiithout surgery,and what are my chances of still having it,or getting it back once it has been removed,if i have another baby?

Thank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. Have you been to a doctor about this condition? The next time you have a flare up, or if this is a current and ongoing issue for you, get an appointment with your doctor or ask to see a specialist. The would be able to make an assessment about proper treatment. There may be a chance if your case isn't severe you won't need surgery. Hemorrhoids and anal fissures or tears can come back once you have had it operated on.
