The last time i was intimate with my boyfriend was on 1.01.13 on 23.01.13 he developed symptoms of herpes and 26.01.13 was diagonised with herpis. i havent had any signs of infection. I believe he got it after being intimate with me because we broke up after that yet he claims he had not been sleeping around this is his 1st outbreak i read that for men it takes 7-14 days after exposure for the outbreak. i have never been diagnosed with herps.
Can someone have herpis and no single symptom.

Hi Nillah,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Many STD's can be present in, and spread by, people who do not have any symptoms of the condition and have not yet been diagnosed with an STD.  You need to let your doctor know and use protection such as condoms.

Best,

Daisy
