Hi Anon,
If you have your period now then you were not ovulating when the condom broke. However, it is very important that you practice safe sex if you are going to have sex at 16. Not only to avoid pregnancy but to prevent STD's. I encourage you to talk to an adult that you trust, such as your mom, for advice and to help point you in the right direction.
