Hi I am 13 an I have NEVER had intercorse and not planning on it soon anyway I just got my first period on August 18th and I was wondering if someone could tell me when I will have it next or around when I should have it next?!

Welcome to EmpowHER. Some girls will find that their menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, whereas others might have a 24-day cycle, a 30-day cycle, or even longer. Following menarche, menstrual cycles last 21-45 days. After a couple of years, cycles shorten to an adult length of 21-34 days for some women.

Irregular periods are common in girls who are just beginning to menstruate.

You need to discuss this more with your doctor or Pediatrician.
