Hi Anon,
Congratulations on your pregnancy! It's very common to feel like you are very emotional, on a short fuse, and not like yourself. This is because you have all of these extra hormones surging through your body. The best thing you can do for you and your baby is to remember that it's only temporary, take deep breaths when something is bothering you, and try to think about the consequences before you snap at somebody. Most people will cut you some slack because you're pregnant-- I remember my sister in law always telling me "It's ok-- I know it's the hormones" and when you're pregnant, it is definitely the hormones that make you act so different and emotional-- it will be okay, you'll get through it, and you'll be back to normal sooner than you know it. In the meantime, try to take everything with a grain of salt and if not, then always remember that it's only temporary.
Best Wishes,
Rosa
