Thanks for your post and congratulation on your weight loss!

You may have a breast infection of some kind. Have you seen discharge of discoloration? Is the "burning" area warm to the touch?

Your surgery may not be connected to this but nevertheless, you may have an infection and this will need the care of a health care provider.

How long has this been going on?
