Hi, i have had sore pain in both my brest for three weeks now it started out as them being tender and now my nipples a super sensitive what could this mean??

Sore, tender breasts can have many causes including hormonal changes during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy or an infection.

You may want to contact your ob/gyn's office to make an appointment to rule out anything serious.
