hi i was wondering if this is a sign that i might be pregnant or im getting my period please let me know what is going on with my body.

Breast tenderness can be a sign of many things: upcoming period, pregnancy, breast infection or other condition, or could just be from sleeping on your chest or other "simple" explanation.

If you have had unprotected sex since your last period, there is a chance of pregnancy.

When was your last menstrual period (first date of bleeding)?
When are you expecting your next period to start?

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your question. Sore breasts are common for pregnancy or your menstrual cycle. Having only one sore breast isn’t too uncommon as I experience this myself at times. Are you concerned about pregnancy? Have you missed a period?
