Hi Anonymous,
I'm sorry you feel like you don't know how to have sex. There are LOTS of videos and books you can watch and read. The Kama Sutra is one of the most popular and arguably the best sex book on the market. Oprah also has a top 10 list of sex books, take a look at that list here: http://www.oprah.com/omagazine/10-Books-About-Sex
When watching videos, be careful. Some people think that watching Porn will teach them how to have sex, when in reality it can backfire sometimes. Real sex is not like Porn sex-- yes being adventurous is good, but there are extreme Pornography videos that involve things that most women would cringe about. So, if you want a video I would suggest that you look for a more instructional video and definitely take some things from porn- just not all. It's also important that you learn from actually having sex MORE than you learn from reading about it or watching videos-- when you have sex, don't be afraid to ask "does this feel good" and listen to your wife for cues on what she likes...like if she says "that feels good" It's something she likes. Don't be insulted if she re-directs you in another direction when you're trying to please her; she's helping you realize what she likes and what she doesn't.
Lastly, I'd say- don't think about what you're doing too much, just go with what feels good and natural.
Wishing you the best,
Rosa

Hi Rosa, thanks for your reply. Appreciate it. Maybe my question was not clear enough. I m a wife. My husband has been trying to penetrate but until now no success for us. He has been blaming me that I m pushing him away each time he tries to penetrate. Maybe I m stronger than him thats why he is not able to control me. Its true. Its very painful each time he tries to penetrate. I have gone for check-ups. Docs gave me bius and then only able to check my vagina. Thank GOD, doc said all in normal condition. Just that I need to be more relax. I tried, but I failed. I do not know how to relax. I thought maybe if I m directed properly by watching sex education videos maybe I would improve. But so difficult to get education sex videos. What I got from net is always porn videos which does not help at all. I do not prefer reading coz I have read a lot but does not understand. I thought of watching who knows it might help. Help me please. Guide me please. Thanks.
