Hi, i took p2 pills earlier this month and i saw my period on the 14th of this month. I had sex with my bf last 2 days and i took some pills again. Is it going to be effective? I need your help please

Hi Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community.

The effectiveness depends on how well you followed the manufacturer's directions.  As long as you took the first pill (Postinor 2) no more than 72 hours after having sex, and you took 2nd pill exactly 12 hours after the first pill, you should be good.
