Hi I've not had sex but I got my period for two days only and that also very little. Why is it so

My period date of last month was 6th Feb. It usually comes late only. But d prb is this tym it came on 5 March but that was not like my regular periods. It was lil in morning , pain was their as usual then in evening it was lil. Means my pad wasn't filling even if I wear whole day. I went to toilet and urine gave my period​ stains. Then it didn't came. I didn't have sex ever. But few days before my periods(29march) I met my bf and we just hugged tytly and he was over me rubbing like sex happens. We did that thing for hardly ten mins But I and he both were wearing full clothes . I was wearing thick jeans and panty and so was he. I m not able to find out what's happening with me. M not getting any disorders too. M normal but tense and stressed alot .M I pregnant or what's happening. Pls help doctor?

Stress can affect the hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle. That may be the reason. If you can reduce your stress, your periods may return to normal.
