Hi Anonymous,

Your periods in your early teens and 20s are so abnormal. This is a very common occurance and once you get into your 30s, they tend to be more "normal". If you have concerns, you should certainly contact your doctor, get a check up to be sure.

I hope this helps and good luck,

Hi Anonymous, If you keep getting your period late it mostly is an hormonal issue. Your hormones might be out of balance. Another reason can be that you might have a cyst in your ovary. If you go to your GYN and mention this to her she might do blood work for hormones to see if ther are normal. Their are many different reasons but hopefully nothing serious. If you mention this to your GYN it be easier than just keep on thinking over it.

Good Luck,
Melissa
