It's impossible to tell you whether you have a high chance of being pregnant. I can say that any time you have unprotected sex, you have a chance of pregnancy. The good news is that if you had just come off Mirena, chances are you were still not ovulating. For future reference, use a backup form of protection for the first two weeks on the pill and don't forget to take them on time. Wait until your period comes, if you miss it then take a pregnancy test.
