Hi John,

That is correct. Urinating between ejaculations flushes the urethra of the leftover sperm and clears the way for pre-ejaculate fluid or pre-cum.

Hello Anonymous,
Outercourse is non-penetrative sex, which means sexual activity without vaginal, anal or oral penetration.
You do run the risk of conception or getting pregnant when you have genital to genital contact. Without ejaculation, there is very little chance that you could have become pregnant.
