Hip replacements for women of child-bearing age. Good idea or bad idea?

Sooooo,
Unfortunately, I was recently diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the hips, as well as my left shoulder and knee. I am "shopping around" for the right orthopedist right now to tell me what ALL my options are. As of now, I have to consider getting a hip replacement (on both sides)... I just celebrated my 30th birthday and I plan to have children in the near future. I would love to deliver vaginally of course, and so my question is, will the "new hips" allow for me to do so safely?
