My mother was recently discharged from the hospital and is now in a skilled nursing facility for a few days. I am from out of town and am looking for an agency to call for home health care for assistance with bathing, meal time etc. She is a very functional, healthy woman and I would like to get her back in her home environment as fast as possible. Any names of agencies or specific people would be appreciated. hank you.

With regard to meal time, you may want to check out Meals on Wheels. They have a database searchable by city as well. Hope you find this info helpful and would love to hear about the services you chose and why. Any info you share could help another.
