i am 23 years old and ever since i started having sex which was afewyears ago, i have never had an orgasm. i have had amazing sex and i would enjoy it but i just cant seem to get there. i have tried ideas i have read in magazines and even tried to masturbate but i get nothing. what can i do?

January 21, 2011 - 9:15amThank you for your question and for joining EmpowHER. Success often comes from being in a mutually satisfying, intimate relationship. Having a good relationship includes having open and loving communication with your partner. Do you feel you have that? It's a start. Do you find sex a pleasurable experience, or stressful? Have you had bad experiences related to intimacy in the past? If not, you may want to schedule a visit with your gynecologist. They may be able to check to see if there is a medical reason why you haven't been able to orgasm.
