How can I clean my colon natural without taking a prescribe liquid, because I can't drink certain things I will throw them by up.

Are you going in for a colonoscopy and need a colon cleanse? I do know how dreadful the "mix" is that one is supposed to drink. I've taken the prep twice myself and thought it was the worst thing I ever had to consume.
There may be alternatives - some find that the colder the prep is, the better and they use crystal light to drink (not the red color) as it's more pleasant.
There are pills you can take instead - I can't recommend any as your colon needs to be cleaned out completely and what has worked for me may not work for you but ask your doctor about these pills.
Holding your nose to drink will also drown out the taste, especially if you have a little broth right after.
