Everyone has an "MCL", if you are referring to the ligament in your knee called "medial Collateral Ligament".

The MCL can "tear" through sports injuries, and there can be other injuries or conditions that effect this ligament. Without more information from you regarding your symptoms, if you feel that you tore this ligament or have another condition, I am unable to provide any information as to "cure" your MCL.
