ask: How can I lower my LH hormone?
My dr tested my blood to find out why I hadnt had my period in months and discover that my LH hormones are very high. She had me take progestrone for several months I had bleed outs only if I take it. I want to find out why my LH is so high and how I can lower it naturally without progesterone or clomid.

Hi Anon,
I couldn't find much to do naturally-- but Exercise is a great way to increase blood flow to the ovaries and can decrease levels of LH, naturally. Many women also believe that acupuncture will help in lowering LH levels because it also increases blood flow.
You can do a combination of medication and homeopathic therapy to increase your chances of lowering the LH hormone, just make sure you are supervised by your doctor.
Best of Luck!
