How can I stop wrist pain I tried ice,heat, brace you name it, can't take nsaids Tylenol does work.

If you have injured your wrist and none of these things are helping, you may need to see a doctor and have an x-ray taken. A prescription pain medication may be prescribed to help control the pain.
