Hello Anon,

Thank you for sharing your question with EmpowHER! People can have a very big impact on the production of medication and the safety of it. When you feel any adverse reactions, it is very important to report them to the FDA to ensure the product is the safest it can be.

Have you personally filed a report of adverse reactions on a product with the FDA? I found this database that has information on adverse effects and medication error reports that have been submitted to the FDA: http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Surveillance/AdverseDrugEffects/.

You can check out the database to look for specific reports and medications. Also, you can always call the FDA at (855) 543-3784 and talk to someone about adverse reports.

I hope this helped! Let me know if you have further questions.

Best,
Erin
