It bothers me that I'm now a full grown lady but petite with a child and my breast are small. Any suggestions on how I may increase them without surgery or any needles. I eat healthy but I am weak in sweets. Can you help me? It depress me so much when I get undressed. Hope to hear from you soon.

As far as alternative medicine goes, there are topical lotions and pills or herbs that claim to increase breast size over time. However it's important to note that there is no definitive safety information about these products. Many come with side effects and may increase risk of cancer. There also are drug interactions if you are taking any medications for another condition. How about using a good uplifting bra to make it appear you have larger breasts! Getting fitted for a good bra may save you a bunch of money in the long run.
